Terms of Acquisition

Price

The price displayed at the time of checkout is final and non-negotiable. The price increases automatically with each acquisition according to the published multiplier formula.

Artist Resale Rights

Artist Resale Rights (Droit de Suite) apply to all original works under EU law. A 4% royalty applies to resales above €1,000. This is a legal obligation for the seller when reselling the work.

Delivery

Physical works: Shipped within the stated reception delay shown on the artwork page. Shipping costs are included in the price. International shipping may be subject to customs fees at the buyer's expense.

Digital works: Delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. High-resolution files will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Payment must be completed before the artwork is marked as acquired.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of this acquisition model, all sales are final. Each acquisition contributes to the collective price trajectory and cannot be reversed.
